This summer, we’re dancing outside ?

Experience something truly unique: Flow & Glow PoV is the only dance concept in Sweden offering classes with Silent Disco headphones. With your own wireless headphones, the outside world disappears and you feel the music from the inside out.


Never danced with us before? 
Here is how it works: Flow & Glow is a guided, track-by-track dance workout. Each song has its own vibe and clear moves to follow. We move without mirrors and without pressure—it’s all about the feeling, not the performance. You’ll sweat, laugh and leave feeling stronger.


What is PoV? ?
PoV stands for Power of Voice. By using silent disco headphones, we block out the noise of the outside world so you can focus on the music and the guidance in your ears. It’s designed to help you tune out your inner critic and tune into your own inner power.

Så här fungerar det: Flow & Glow PoV är ett guidat danspass, låt för låt. Varje låt har sin egen vibe och koreografi att följa. Vi rör oss utan speglar och utan press – allt handlar om känslan, inte prestationen. Du kommer svettas, skratta och gå därifrån och känna dig starkare.


Vad är PoV? ?
PoV står för Power of Voice. Genom att använda silent disco-hörlurar stänger vi ute bruset från omvärlden så att du kan fokusera på musiken och guidningen i dina öron. Det är designat för att hjälpa dig att hitta din egen inre kraft.
